We have a skilled team of professionals who want to deliver a quality product. We utilize the most current technology and our advanced equipment allows us to provide our clients with high quality product faster. We realize that most people couldn’t care less about what models of equipment we use. However, we can’t help but  be proud of our toys and our product.

When it comes to quality, we found conventional screening just doesn’t cut it. This is why we use Staccato screening and have been using this technology since 2003. What is staccato screening? In the early 1990s, an innovative method to applying dots to paper began to make waves in the printing industry. Known as stochastic screening, this new technology promised to break through the limitations of halftone screening and deliver finer detail and more vibrant color.

For extraordinarily fine image detail, you cannot beat staccato screening. Here at Snyder Printer, we print Staccato 20 (microns). This is the equivalent to 450 line screen. This cutting edge printing process is a sophisticated method of representing a continuous tone image by converting shading and colors into a random pattern. Similar to rotogravure, this process has the effect of "piling" ink on paper for improved print quality.

Conventional screening utilizes round dots and screen angles. Staccato printing utilizes random dot placement and various dot sizes, allowing a closer look and feel of the digital or analog photograph. The result is smoother flesh tones, finer details, elimination of moirés and a 15% wider color range. Our knowledge of printing from our skilled team along with new technology such as Staccato screening are just a few things that set us apart from the competition.

Below is a list of equipment and detailed descriptions, so if you dont don’t know what it is or how it works, you will now. If you want to see more of what sets us apart, check our equipment list. We are more than qualified to deliver our clients the best product possible.
